Your customers can pay online or ask an invoice first and make a bank transfer. In the b2b event scene many people do not have the opportunity to pay for event tickets online via a credit card. The proces of payment for events is often via an invoice foloowed up by a bank transfer, as not everybody has a company credit card. This is why Paydro chose for a hybrid payment model supporting online and offline payments. This way it is easier for your attendees to buy tickets for your event.
Credit card payments are fully automated by Paydro. Paydro collects the funds, send the invoice and the tickets to your event. The payments via invoice are collected on your own bank account and in the backoffice you can mark a registration as paid manually. Paydro will follow up by sending the tickets automatically. Paydro helps you also with sending payment reminders if an invoice is overdue. You have full control over all orders and payments, with one click you can cancel an order, Paydro will create a credit invoice for your customer and your administration and send the money back (if paid via credit card). By eliminating all time consuming actions of the organizer Paydro enables you to concentrate on what really matters... your event.
Zero friction registration
The Paydro registration interface consists of only 3 steps in stead of the 4 or 5 steps you normally see. Less friction means more ticket sales. Customers do not need an account at Paydro to order a ticket for your event (makes sense since it is your event). Furthermore, the database of your attendees you're creating is yours, you can export all data at any time in different formats. Paydro is your butler, he's here to make your life more easy.
Paydro can be extended with a special business network for your event. ConfNetwork is the online networking tool for real life business events, conferences and workshops and can easily be integrated to Paydro. Your attendees can see who else is coming to the event, make appointments and introduce people to one another. This network can be fully customized to the look and feel of your website. The database is yours
Paydro is asisting you with selling tickets for your event. The database of your attendees belongs to you. Paydro will never use this data for anything, period. You can export the data at any time in several formats. Make an export in CSV, for use in excel or numbers (Mac), vCards for outlook and addressbook or use the XML format integrate the data in other web services.
Generate more sales
One very nifty feature is our abandoned order feature. Paydro keeps track of all orders, also if people decide not to complete the order. With the abandoned features you can see all people who didn't make it to the payment (for whatever reason). This information is very useful, you can follow up with an email and ask if you could help with the registration. A simple way to reach out to your attendees and sell more tickets in the same time. Customize your design
Customize the design of your online ticket shop easily to match it to the look and feel of your website. To make sure your customers will see you're using a secured connection during the whole registration process, therefore Paydro advices to link to the Paydro URL of your shop (a secured connection)) in stead of embedding the shop in your website.
Ask extra information of your attendees
For each product you can add additional information fields. This way you can enrich your database. You could ask, for example, if your customers want to get notified when future events come up, if they need a hotel, transport to the event venue etc. Ask as many questions as you want but keep it relevant to your event as the more questions you ask, the higher chances are somebody will discontinue the order process.
Flexible pricing by using promo codes
Paydro gives you the tools to enable flexible pricing strategies. Give free access or discount to sponsors or partners. You might have a special discount for students or mediapartners,... no problem. Paydro works with easy to use promo codes which allow you to give discount on tickets (percentage discount) or make certain hidden products visible after a promo code is used. Communicate the promo code to the selected people and Paydro will show the discount or special products available associated with that code in your ticket shop. You can track how many times a promocode is used and even decide how many tickets can be ordered with a promo code. This is ideal for friends, sponsors, mediapartners, affiliates etc. With Paydro on your side, you're in control of your ticket sales AND you save loads of time.
